   01/13/10- Peggy Lee Band Gig/Recording

I'll be playing with the Peggy Lee Band at UBC as a part of their Noon Hour concert series. It will also be recorded live for CBC's program “The Signal.”

   02/22/10- UGETSU Olympic O Zone Gig

UGETSU is closing this Club 2010 evening with a 11:45pm start at Performance Works on Granville island. It is a double bill with the fantasic Jodi Proznick Quartet. Click here for more concert details and ticket info.

   03/10/10- Bernie Arai Quartet- Roy Haynes

At the Jazz Cellar on March 10th, I will be playing with Bernie Arai's quartet, some classic Roy Haynes material. Stay tuned for personel.

   03/12/10- Brad Turner Quintet- Black Codes

On March 12th and 13th, I will be playing with Brad Turner's Black Codes from the Underground quintet. We will be playing all of the music from Wynton Marsalis' classic jazz album. The gigs will be at the Jazz Cellar.

   02/21/09- Inside Passage

As someone who grew up riding the ferries of coastal British Columbia, this is a project that has special meaning to me to be part of. Chris Gestrin has composed some stunningly beautiful music as the soundtrack to this film. Chris rode the ferries and recorded the sounds that they made to incorporate into the music soundtrack. “Inside Passage” debuted at the 2009 Vancouver International Film Festival. What a thrill it is for me to be a part of this new CD from the “Peggy Lee Band.” I have been a huge fan of this group for years, so it's very exciting to be on one of their albums. It's called “New Code” and is released on the Drip Audio record label. Click on the album cover below for more info.
