One of a couple of gigs in preparation for recording a new Peggy Lee Band album! This one is on Wednesday June 6th at El Barrio. With Peggy Lee (cello), Dylan van der Schyff (drums), Andre Lachance (bass), Brad Turner (trumpet), Jeremy Berkman (trombone), Ron Samworth (guitar), and Tony Wilson (guitar).

New Diversions! This will be a fun gig on Tuesday June 26th as part of the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. At Performance Works on Granville Island at 1:30pm with Chris Gestrin (keyboards and electronics), Bernie Arai (drums), and myself on saxophones and electronics.
Wilson/ Lee/ Bentley Trio is playing this gig as part of Peggy Lee's June artist in residency at El Barrio. On Wednesday June 27th with Peggy Lee (cello), Tony Wilson (guitar), and myself.
On Thursday June 28th I will be playing with the Kelby MacNayr Quintet as part of the Victoria Jazz Festival. We start at 10pm at the Office Lounge, 759 Yates Street. With Daniel Lapp (trumpet), John Hansen (piano), Tom Wakeling (bass), Kelby MacNayr (drums).

On Sunday July 1st I'll be playing with UGETSU in the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. At the David Lam Park stage at 1:45pm with Rod Murray (trombone), Brad Turner (trumpet), Ross Taggart (piano), Bernie Arai (drums), and Andre Lachance (bass).
Also on Sunday July 1st I'll be playing with Kate Hammett-Vaughan's great quintet as part of the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. At Performance Works on Granville Island at 3:45pm with Andre Lachance (bass), Jillian Lebeck (piano), and Tom Foster (drums).
One more Vancouver International Jazz Festival gig on Sunday July 1st, this one with the Sharon Minemoto Quartet. At Performance Works on Granville Island at 5:45pm with Adam Thomas (bass), Sharon Minemoto (piano), and Bernie Arai (drums).
On October 12th and 13th I will be playing with Kate Hammett-Vaughan's great quintet at the Jazz Cellar. With Kate Hammett-Vaughan (voice), Andre Lachance (bass), Chris Gestrin (piano), and Tom Foster (drums).
